Educational Advocacy Support
YourChildCoach provides educational advocacy support for parents navigating school meetings, evaluations, IEPs, 504 plans, services, accommodations, documents, and related school issues.
We use "parent" to mean the adult responsible for helping a child navigate school support, including parents, guardians, grandparents, foster/adoptive parents, relatives, and other caregivers.
Not Legal, Medical, Mental Health, or Therapy Advice
YourChildCoach is not a law firm, medical provider, mental health provider, or therapy provider. The app does not provide legal advice, medical advice, mental health advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Consult licensed professionals for legal, medical, mental health, or therapeutic concerns.
Emergency and Safety Issues
If there is immediate danger, abuse, self-harm risk, or a medical emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional. YourChildCoach is not an emergency service.
No Guaranteed Outcome
The app provides strategy, education, scripts, and practical guidance. It does not guarantee a specific school decision, service, placement, eligibility outcome, evaluation result, or meeting result.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and personalizing any scripts, emails, or strategy suggestions before using them. Do not send anything you do not understand or agree with.
Human Services
Clearly priced 1:1 advocate services require payment in advance after the request form is submitted. Work and scheduling begin only after payment is completed. If you are unsure which service you need, you may submit a review-first request without payment. Submitting a request or making payment does not create an attorney-client, medical, therapeutic, or other licensed professional relationship.
Payments for 1:1 services are generally non-refundable once request review, preparation, or scheduling has begun. If YourChildCoach declines the requested service and no work has begun, the payment will be refunded.
Subscriptions
Starter, Plus, and Unlimited Plus subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled anytime through the billing portal when Stripe is connected. Plus and Unlimited Plus usage is subject to reasonable fair-use limits to keep the service reliable for parents.
Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for plan changes.
Payments are generally non-refundable. You can cancel future billing anytime through the billing portal. Additional document analysis purchases are non-refundable once used, and unused purchases expire after 90 days.
