What We Collect

In V1, YourChildCoach may collect your email for paid access and magic links. If you request human help, we collect the contact and school information you submit in the form, including your name, email, phone, state, school district, school name, requested service, urgency, meeting date if provided, and your description of the situation.

We use "parent" to mean the adult responsible for helping a child navigate school support, including parents, guardians, grandparents, foster/adoptive parents, relatives, and other caregivers.

What We Do Not Collect in V1

V1 does not require parent or child names inside the guided strategy tools. V1 does not save pasted document text, meeting details, or generated strategy outputs for a user library. Generated output appears on screen for you to copy.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app access, generate educational advocacy support, respond to human-help requests, send magic links, process payments, and maintain the service.

Payments and Email

Payments are handled by Stripe. Transactional emails and magic links may be sent through Resend. These providers process information needed to deliver their services.

Sensitive Information

School and disability-related information can be sensitive. Do not paste information you are not comfortable using in the app. Remove names or details when you do not need them for the guidance.

Emergency and Safety Issues

Do not use YourChildCoach as an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, abuse, self-harm risk, or a medical emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate licensed professional.
